Alexander, CPCU, ARM-PE, CUSP, has extensive experience in risk management and safety, currently serving as the Manager of Safety & Risk Management at Burlington Electric Department since July 1994. In this role, Paul oversees Risk Management, Safety, Environmental, General Services, and Purchasing & Inventory, and holds the position of Compliance Manager for FERC/NERC/NPCC Reliability standards. Paul has also served in various interim and acting managerial roles, including Acting Manager for Strategy and Innovation and Interim General Manager. Prior to Burlington Electric Department, Paul worked at Vermont Mutual Insurance Company as Manager of R&D and at Aetna Life & Casualty as an Actuarial Analyst.
