Bruce Woods

Bruce Woods is an experienced software engineering and quality assurance professional with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Manager and Senior Software Engineer in Quality Assurance at Burlington Stores, Inc. since April 1998, Bruce has led teams of software testers and developed Oracle databases and Weblogic middleware for application testing. Prior experience includes roles as Product Manager and Software Quality Assurance Manager at Bio-Rad Laboratories, where Bruce directed the commercialization of a software application and established a quality department. Before that, Bruce was a Technical Project Manager at Helvoet, focusing on the optimization of elastomer properties, and a Research Scientist at PQ Corporation, contributing to the implementation of a laboratory information management system. Bruce holds an MS in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology, a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Grand Canyon University.
