Caitlyn Grotz

Caitlyn Grotz began their work experience in 2010 as a Human Resources Coordinator at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, a position they held until January 2021. In September 2018, they joined Burlington Stores, Inc. as a Stores Recruiting Coordinator and later advanced to become the Stores Recruiting Team Lead in April 2021.

Caitlyn Grotz obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies, General from Penn State University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017.
