Lesa Olson

Lesa Olson is a seasoned retail executive with extensive experience in the apparel industry. Currently serving as VP-DMM of Sportswear at Burlington Coat Factory since May 2011, Lesa oversees Missy and Contemporary Sportswear, including Petite, Plus, and Maternity categories. Prior roles include Vice President of Kids Apparel at Wal-Mart Stores USA and VP-DMM Women's Sportswear at Macy's East, where responsibilities encompassed managing a Plus Size business and collaborating with planning teams across 215 stores. Additionally, Lesa held various positions at Filene's and Kaufmann's, focusing on moderate sportswear and special sizes. Lesa holds a Bachelor's degree in Design and Merchandising from Drexel University, earned from 1977 to 1981.
