Lynn A. Gross

Lynn A. Gross has several years of experience in human resources and employment law. Lynn A. currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Burlington Stores, Inc. Since joining Centene Corporation in 2017, Lynn has held various high-level roles, including Senior Director of Human Resources Compliance and Vice President of Human Resources Business Partner. At Centene Corporation, they led teams, developed strategies for talent management and employee relations, and provided operational support for workplace COVID strategies. Lynn also has experience in the retail sector, having served as Vice President of Human Resources at Office Depot, where they led a team of HR professionals supporting thousands of employees. Prior to this, Lynn worked as an attorney, specializing in employer/management-side counsel.

Lynn A. Gross holds a J.D. degree in Law from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a B.A. degree in Social Relations from Michigan State University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from the Florida Bar in 2008 and the Supreme Court of Ohio for the Ohio Bar (currently inactive) in 2000.
