Marisa Miloszewski has extensive work experience in marketing and customer relationship management (CRM). Marisa currently holds the position of Vice President Customer Loyalty Marketing at Burlington Stores, Inc. since April 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Sr Director CRM at the same company from November 2018 to April 2019, and as the Director of CRM from July 2013 to November 2018.
Before joining Burlington Stores, Inc., Marisa worked as the Owner of Marketing A-Z, where they provided database analysis and strategic marketing support to a national apparel retailer. Marisa also served as the Owner/Editor of a website. Marisa has also worked as an Instructor in Advertising/Marketing at both Widener University from August 2012 to May 2013, and Rowan University from September 2008 to May 2013. At Rowan University, they taught various courses related to advertising, marketing, and integrated marketing communication.
Prior to their teaching roles, Marisa was involved in media planning and marketing strategy at Charming Shoppes. Marisa was responsible for strategic planning and successful program implementation for various brands. Marisa also served as the Director of Marketing for the Fashion Bug division, overseeing all marketing operations. Marisa started their career as the Campaign Manager for Corporate Marketing at Charming Shoppes.
Before Charming Shoppes, they worked as an Internet Marketing Manager at The Franklin Mint from March 2001 to December 2001, and as a Direct Marketing Manager from September 1998 to March 2000 at the same company.
Marisa Miloszewski completed their MBA with a concentration in Marketing from the William & Mary - Raymond A. Mason School of Business in 1997. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Government from William & Mary in 1995. Marisa completed their high school education at Moorestown High School from 1987 to 1991.
