Michael Cane

Group SVP Central Planning, Allocations, Merchandising Operations, And Strategy at Burlington

Michael Cane has extensive work experience in the retail industry. Michael started their career at Meldisco in 1996, where they held various analyst and manager level positions until 2000. Michael then joined JCPenney, where they worked in various manager, senior manager, and director level positions from 2000 to 2007. After that, they joined Ross Stores as a merchandise control director from 2007 to 2009. Michael then became a senior director at Ross Stores for a brief period before being promoted to vice president, DD's. In 2010, they joined Burlington Stores, first as a vice president of planning and allocation, and then gradually climbed the ranks to become a vice president of merchandise information and operations, senior vice president of central planning and allocations, and eventually group senior vice president of central planning, allocations, merchandising operations, and strategy, their current role.

Michael Cane holds a Master of Science degree in Information Technology from The University of Texas at Dallas. Michael also obtained a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Rutgers University - Newark. Additionally, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Management at Penn State University.
