Siobhan Baird

Siobhan Baird currently serves as the Head of HR at BURMATEX since April 2023. Prior to this role, Siobhan held the position of Head of HR - Central Functions at 2 Sisters Food Group from February 2012 to December 2022, where responsibilities included providing HR support to multiple locations, managing employee relations strategy, and collaborating on a Finance Graduate Scheme. Siobhan's earlier experience includes roles as HR Business Partner at Northern Foods, along with various HR positions at Sainsbury's. Siobhan holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from The University of Huddersfield and has extensive training and education in HR management.
