Lucas Voisin

Lucas Voisin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Lucas is currently the Head of HR Analytics & Processes at SRG SSR since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Die Mobiliar as the Head of Human Development Services from October 2018 to May 2022.

Earlier in their career, Lucas worked at NGA Human Resources. Lucas served as a Project Manager for Novartis, Sulzer, and Philip Morris, handling various HR-related projects. Lucas also worked as an HR Business Consultant at Philip Morris and as a Project Lead/Technical Consultant at Givaudan.

Lucas Voisin obtained a Licence/Master degree in Economics from HEC Lausanne - The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne from 2001 to 2004. Lucas then pursued a Master's degree in BWL (Business Administration & IT) at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 2004 to 2005. Additionally, they have acquired certifications including People Analytics: Transforming HR Strategy with Data Science from the University of Cambridge in 2022, Certified SAFe 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2021, and SAP HR certified consultant from SAP in 2009.
