Christa Bjerre

Christa Bjerre is the Chief People Officer at BWSC since September 2023, where responsible for aligning the people strategy with business goals and leading HR, Compliance, and QHSE functions during organizational transformation and growth. Previously, Christa served as an HR Business Partner at DLF from December 2021 to September 2023, focusing on the roll-out of the SuccessFactors SAP HRM System. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior HR Legal Consultant and Interim HR Partner at Azets, as well as Talent & Staff Manager at Wunderman Nordic, overseeing allocation, leadership, and operations governance for over 190 specialists. Christa's educational background includes a Master's degree from Roskilde University and a Bachelor's Degree from Copenhagen Business School.
