Jean-Philippe Duhamel

Jean-Philippe Duhamel currently serves as Power Plant Manager at Burmeister & Wain Scandinavian Contractor, overseeing the 81.5 MW IPP Power Plant at Albatros Energy since November 2017. Prior to this role, Jean-Philippe was Plant Facilities Manager at KivuWatt Ltd - Contour Global, responsible for managing production facilities and leading operations at the gas extraction facility in Kibuye. Jean-Philippe's extensive experience includes a decade at Wärtsilä West Africa, where roles included Country Contract Manager and Plant Manager, overseeing various operational and maintenance agreements across multiple West African countries. Earlier positions included Logistics Manager at Wärtsilä East Africa and Plant Manager Assistant at WARTSILA FRANCE SAS. Jean-Philippe holds a Certified Level II diploma in Sales Engineering and two BTEC diplomas in Thermal Engineering and Energy.
