Currently, Thomas Munk serves as Project Manager at Burmeister & Wain Scandinavian Contractor, focusing on the mobilization of the Ichihara Biomass Power Plant in Japan. Previous roles include General Manager at BWSC Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, overseeing the operation and maintenance of a 60MW Power Barge in Sri Lanka, and several positions at BWSC involving project management for power plant upgrades and mobilization of operational teams. Earlier experience includes project management for engineering and design of district heating and natural gas engine installations at Krüger A/S. Thomas Munk holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, with a specialization in Energy, from Ingeniørhøjskolen Københavns Teknikum, along with various certifications in navigation.
