Torben Jens Eriksen has a diverse work experience in various managerial roles. Torben Jens started their career in 1997 as the Group Purchasing Manager at Crisplant A/S. In 1999, they joined Burmeister & Wain Scandinavian Contractor A/S as the General Manager of Procurement, a position they held until 2004. Then, they worked at A. P. Møller - Maersk A/S as the Senior General Manager of PurLog from 2004 to 2005.

In 2005, Torben returned to Burmeister & Wain Scandinavian Contractor A/S and served as the General Manager of Procurement until 2006. Torben Jens continued to work for the company and assumed various roles such as Director and General Manager of BWSC Mindanao Inc. from 2007 to 2010, Project Manager of Logistics from 2010 to 2011, Site Manager in Malta from 2011 to 2012, and Site Manager in Lebanon from 2012 to 2013.

In 2013, Torben was appointed as the General Manager of BWSC Construction Ltd. in Lebanon, overseeing the construction of two power plants. Additionally, they also held the position of Project Director and Branch Manager from 2020 to 2022.

Torben's most recent work experience is with Copenhagen Infrastructure Service Co., where they started as a Project Director in 2023.

Throughout their career, Torben has gained extensive expertise in project management, procurement, and construction in the power plant industry.

Torben Jens Eriksen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) between 1982 and 1986.
