Caitlin Rodermund

Caitlin Rodermund is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in social media and public relations. Currently serving as the Social Media & PR Manager at Burn Boot Camp since August 2023, Caitlin leads a growing team and actively identifies opportunities to enhance brand presence. Previously, as a Social Media Specialist for Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, responsibilities included developing social media strategies to boost brand awareness and customer engagement. Prior roles include maintaining social media channels for Cato Corporation and directing marketing and human resources for a Chick-fil-A franchise, where community relations and branding were key focuses. Caitlin began her career as a Marketing Assistant at Chick-fil-A, where foundational skills in event organization and leadership were acquired. Caitlin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
