Sue Sheain began their career in 1985 as an Attorney in the Office of the General Counsel at the National Security Agency. In 1998, they took on the role of East Coast Regional Home Furnishings Sales Director at Baranzelli Home. In 2001, they founded Roland Park Bus Service, Inc. and served as Owner, President, CEO and Treasurer, growing the client base from seven to sixty-five schools in the first nine months of operations. In 2012, they took on the role of Writer at WBC Fellow. In 2013, they founded Fictality LLC. In 2016, they became Partner at BurnAlong, a revolutionary interactive online fitness platform, and Principal and Owner at Beach Barre Body Fitness Studio, an approachable barre fitness method. In 2019, they became Business Development & Legal Consultant at BHT LLC.

Sue Sheain attended Washington College, Chestertown, MD from 1979 to 1981, where they studied English Creative Writing. Sue then attended Goucher College from 1981 to 1983, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Pre-Law Studies. Finally, they attended the University of Baltimore School of Law from 1983 to 1986, where they earned a Doctor of Law (JD).
