Viviane Cooper

Viviane Cooper has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Viviane is currently working at Burnalong as a Certified Health Coach since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Health Coach and Holistic Nutrition Consultant, providing guidance on nutrition and lifestyle changes to promote health and prevent disease. Viviane also conducted cooking demonstrations using whole foods. Viviane has experience in the education field as well, serving as an Instructor at Pelissippi State Community College since 2021 and at Outschool from 2020 to 2021. Additionally, they have held executive secretary and administrative assistant roles at Haldor Topsoe A/S, Brunswick Boat Group, and Universal Leaf Tabacos Ltda. Viviane started their career as an English Teacher at Microbyte in 2005 and later worked as a Bilingual Secretary at Toolmachine. From 1996 to 2003, Viviane was an English Teacher before transitioning to the corporate world.

Viviane Cooper has pursued a variety of educational experiences in their career. Viviane obtained a Holistic Nutrition degree from AFPA and a Health Coaching Certification from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. Viviane also engaged in studies related to Chemicals and Health at The Johns Hopkins University, Positive Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and Human Physiology at Duke University. Additionally, they explored diabetes at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen and attained a Nutrition Essentials degree from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Viviane further expanded their knowledge through a Forks Over Knives Cooking Course at Rouxbe Online Culinary School and a Baking for people with food allergies and sensitivities course at Escola de Cozinha Inclusiva e Natural - Chef Carla Maia. Viviane also pursued certification in Bach Flower Therapy at Instituto Saber Consciente and enhanced their English language skills through advanced and Toelf preparation courses at Orlando Language School. Finally, they completed a degree in Executive Assistance at Universidade do Contestado and Ocupational Therapy studies at Associação Catarinense de Ensino.
