Clint Bowles, CHRL

Clint Bowles, CHRL has extensive work experience in various roles within the human resources and operations fields. Clint is currently employed as a Human Resources Manager at Burnbrae Farms since April 2021. Prior to that, Clint worked as an Operations Supervisor at Robinson Innovations from July 2020 to February 2021. Clint also had a long tenure at Novelis, starting in 2005, where they held several positions including EHS & Security Manager from August 2017 to July 2020, Manager Manufacturing Excellence from September 2016 to August 2017, Operations Manager from June 2012 to September 2016, and Manager Human Resources / EHS from August 2005 to June 2012. Before joining Novelis, Clint was a Manager of Human Resources at Affinia from 1999 to 2005.

Clint Bowles, CHRL, completed their Honours BA degree from Brock University from 1982 to 1986. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Certified Human Resources Leader from the HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association in January 2004.
