Michelle McCombs

Michelle McCombs serves as the Vice President of Trust & Safety at Ad Hoc Labs since January 2025. Previously, McCombs held significant roles at HopSkipDrive, including VP of Safety & In-Ride Experience and Director of Community Experience, where responsibilities encompassed managing a high-performing community support department, enhancing systems for efficiency, fostering employee engagement, and developing KPIs aligned with company goals. With a diverse background in customer service and operations, McCombs has also provided consulting services and worked with organizations such as DogVacay, Nestlé Nespresso S.A., Disney Interactive Media Group, and more. An educator at Shandong Vocational College of Business and Economics in China, McCombs has cultivated a strong foundation in communication, leadership, and client relations, backed by a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Marketing from Utah State University.
