James Lewellen

James Lewellen is a network manager at Burnet Consolidated ISD since March 2023. Prior to this role, James served as an operations manager at 281 Internet from April 2021 to March 2023 and held a corporate fellow position at Cisco for a brief period in early 2021. James has an extensive military background with the US Army from January 2001 to April 2021, where various positions included battalion S3 NCOIC, first sergeant, deputy J6, and communications sergeant. Earlier experience includes roles such as heavy equipment operator with the Oregon Army National Guard Recruiting and computer technician at TTJ COMPUTER SERVICES, INC. James served in the US Navy as a Radio Man 3rd Class from June 1995 to June 1999. James holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and completed studies at Western Governors University from 2020 to 2023.
