Paul Chiswell

Paul Chiswell is a Partner at Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP, where they focus on complex corporate and commercial litigation. They have appeared before trial and appellate courts in Alberta, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada, specializing in corporate, commercial, securities, and energy litigation. Paul completed a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Alberta, followed by a Bachelor of Laws at the same institution, and later earned a BCL from the University of Oxford. They also served as a Clerk - Student-at-law at the Court of Appeal of Alberta from 2010 to 2011.
