Jamie Swan has extensive experience in retail operations and human resources, currently serving as the Vice President of Retail Operations at Burnett Dairy Cooperative since May 2018, with previous roles including Manager of Retail Sales and Senior Human Resources Generalist. Prior experience includes positions at North Clinic from October 2015 to May 2018 as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and Site Manager, where responsibilities encompassed performance evaluations, staff development, site maintenance, interviews, and day-to-day clinic operations. Additionally, Jamie Swan worked as the Long Term Sales Support Manager at DJO Global from September 2000 to October 2015. Jamie Swan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Care Administration/Management from Rasmussen University.
