Dale Rossman

Dale Rossman has over three decades of experience in maintenance and supervisory roles, starting as a Technical Team Leader at Weyburn Bartel from March 1980 to September 1990, where responsibilities included ensuring the functionality of a high-volume automated production line for Ford Motor Company. From 1990 to 2001, Dale Rossman served as a Maintenance Supervisor at J&M Machine, overseeing the maintenance of over 100 machines and managing procurement and contractor relations. Since February 2001, Dale Rossman has held two positions at Burnette Foods, Inc.: one as Warehouse Maintenance, focusing on labeling lines and supply ordering, and the other as Maintenance Supervisor for labeling and packaging, responsible for the maintenance of production lines for canned goods and all related supplies. Education includes a G.E.D. from Orchard View Schools.
