Diane Ballen

Diane Ballen has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, primarily working for Anthem. Diane served as an Account Manager Executive at Anthem, where they built and maintained positive relationships within the brokerage community. Diane also had a brief period at Health Net, where they worked as a Senior Business Manager. In 2011, they joined Burnham Benefits as the Vice President of Business Development, utilizing their expertise to provide strategic employee benefits consulting and brokerage services.

Diane Ballen attended the University of Cincinnati from 1973 to 1977, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Education/Business.
