Natalie Ward is an Assistant Project Analyst at Burnham Ward Properties, where Natalie is actively involved in analyzing development contracts, making COVID-19 related changes to properties, and planning community-focused events. Natalie also serves as a Student Analyst at USC Marshall Venture Fund and previously held roles as a Research Intern at Retail Insite and Research Assistant at Burnham Ward Properties. Natalie holds a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.

"We believe that properties provide a canvas for people to interact, work, and experience life.” Our goal is to create community through property, to positively influence people’s lives, and to do so in an environmentally conscious manner. The end result is a portfolio of properties that best serve the community, are environmentally conscious, and add long term value. Today, our portfolio consists of industrial, professional, and medical office buildings, retail shopping centers, and boutique retail.
