Farwa Batool

Trainee Teacher at Burnley College

Farwa Batool has extensive work experience in various research and teaching roles. Farwa is currently working as a Research Assistant at King's College London since October 2021. Prior to that, they held the same position at The Manchester Metropolitan University from October 2020.

From November 2018, Farwa worked as a Research Associate at the University of Central Lancashire, where they also served as a Student Ambassador starting from October 2014. Farwa gained teaching experience as a Trainee Teacher at Burnley College starting from September 2017.

Farwa briefly worked as a Teacher at Accrington & Rossendale College from January 2018 to July 2018. Farwa also had a short-term role as a Green Ladder Freshers Assistant at UCLan Students' Union in September 2014.

Farwa Batool began their education at Nelson and Colne College from 2010 to 2012, where they pursued A levels in Law, Psychology, and Sociology. In 2012, they continued their studies at the University of Central Lancashire and received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology in 2015. Farwa then went on to complete a Master of Science (MSc) in Health Psychology at the same institution from 2015 to 2017. More recently, in 2017 and 2018, they attended the University of Central Lancashire once again to earn a Postgraduate Certificate in Education.
