Bernard Carolan

Bernard Carolan is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President at Burns Engineering, Inc. since January 2024, Bernard previously held the position of CFO and Senior Vice President at Urban Engineers, Inc. from June 2001 to December 2023, where Bernard also served as Controller and Vice President. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Yampolsky Mandeloff Silver, which was acquired by Citrin Cooperman in 2007. Bernard holds a Master of Business Studies in Accounting and Finance from University College Galway and a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies from Trinity College Dublin.
