Clay Payne

Clay Payne has been working at Burns Engineering, Inc. since May 1999, holding the position of Vice President, Rail and Transit, ROW & Facilities. In this role, Clay leads a team of 40 individuals in delivering innovative transportation solutions across the US for various projects. Prior to Burns Engineering, Inc., Clay worked at Lichtenstein from June 1996 to May 1999, holding the titles of Director, Right-of-Way & Facilities and Project Manager - Transit Facilities. Clay is a highly qualified individual with a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering from Cornell University and an Engineer's Degree in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University.
