Tony Koltuv

Tony Koltuv, PMP, MCSE, is a seasoned professional in the rail and transit sector, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Rail and Transit at Burns Engineering, Inc. since September 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Regional Director Rail Systems for Hatch from October 2020 to September 2022, overseeing all Rail Systems work in the U.S. Tony's extensive background at Amtrak, spanning from May 2005 to October 2020, includes various leadership roles in Positive Train Control and engineering management. Prior to Amtrak, Tony developed a solid foundation in IT as an Infrastructure Liaison and Information Technology Consultant at Accenture and as a Senior Partner at Digital Business Solutions, Inc. Educational achievements include a degree in Business Administration from Penn State University and an MCSE certification from Camden County Community College.
