The Operations Team at Burns Industrial Equipment ensures seamless workflow across all branches, managing logistics, service delivery, and equipment maintenance. Led by the Operations Manager, the team includes roles such as the Service Administrator, who oversees service appointments and customer inquiries; the Manager of Telemetry and Fleet, responsible for monitoring and optimizing fleet performance; the Transportation Manager, who coordinates the movement of equipment; and Shop Technicians, who perform critical maintenance and repairs to uphold service quality standards. Together, they drive efficiency and exceptional customer service in all operational facets of the company.
