Daniel McGrath

Daniel McGrath is an accomplished Intellectual Property Attorney with extensive experience in patent prosecution and litigation support at Burns & Levinson LLP since May 2017. Prior to this role, Daniel worked as an Intellectual Property Associate at Adler Pollock & Sheehan P.C., where responsibilities included drafting pleadings and handling USPTO actions. Daniel's professional journey began as a Jr. Civil Engineer at the Massachusetts Water Resource Authority, focusing on resident engineering and field inspection for various civil projects. An internship as a Field Engineer and a co-op at Distrigas-SUEZ provided early exposure to engineering challenges in significant infrastructure projects. Daniel holds a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School, specializing in Intellectual Property, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Massachusetts.
