Eduardo Andrade

General Director, Mexico at Burns & McDonnell

Eduardo Andrade is the current General Director for Mexico at Burns & McDonnell. Eduardo has over 20 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, with a focus on business development and governmental relations.

Andrade began their career with Protexa Group in 1998 as a Business Development Manager. In 2000, they joined The Techint Group as Vice President of Business Development and Governmental Relations. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company’s lobbying effort towards the Energy Reform.

Andrade left The Techint Group in 2007 to join Iberdrola as Corporate Vice President. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of the company’s operations in Mexico, including governmental relations, internal and external communications, business social responsibility, human resources, information technology and health safety & environment.

In 2016, Andrade left Iberdrola to join SACYR as Executive President for Mexico. In this role, they were in charge of the deployment of the company’s business for the country, with a specific mandate of taking advantage of the new opportunities available due to the recently enacted constitutional reforms.

Andrade has been with Burns & McDonnell since 2018 and currently serves as the General Director for Mexico.

Eduardo Andrade reports to Ray Kowalik, Chairman and CEO. Eduardo Andrade works with Brett Williams - President, Construction, Rick Halil - President, Energy, and Jeff Ganthner - VP, Mid-Atlantic.
