The leadership team at Burntisland Fabrications Limited has a history of experience in the energy, maritime, and defense industries, as well as marketing and communications. They have also been candidates for political office. The team members hold degrees in accounting, finance, economics, international affairs, and Spanish language and culture from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, the University of Plymouth, and the Anglo European Sixth Form.
