Amit Deshmukh

Amit has over 22 years’ experience in building services engineering. He has worked on a wide range of prestigious international projects in the UK, France, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and India.

His project expertise range from enabling design and engineering, the procurement and construction of luxury five star hotels, state-of-the-art high rise buildings, mixed-use commercial, residential and retail buildings, hospitals, control rooms, data centres and radio stations.

Amit has a depth of knowledge in multidisciplinary building design and the complexity of the building construction process. He provides innovative and practical design solutions by utilising the latest technology to enhance the performance, sustainability and economically feasibility of all his projects.

His specialism in tall buildings and building services design has seen him work on over nine high rise towers, ranging between 60 and 117 storeys, including The World Towers in Mumbai, one of which is the tallest residential tower in world.

As a Group Director, team leadership comes naturally to Amit. He has strong interpersonal skills with both the client and the project team, always maintaining a positive outlook of life.
