Lauren Fast

Lauren Fast is an accomplished plumbing and fire protection designer with extensive experience in the engineering and architectural fields. Currently serving as an Associate Plumbing and Fire Protection Designer at Buro Happold since November 2019, Lauren previously held various roles including Senior Plumbing/Fire Protection Designer and Plumbing/Fire Protection Designer. Prior experience includes positions at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, PositivEnergy Practice, and Environmental Systems Design, where Lauren focused on designing building systems, producing detailed documents for new constructions and renovations, and collaborating closely with engineering teams. Additionally, Lauren has experience in project management and drafting, having worked at Kenny Construction Company and the University of Chicago. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
