Michael Darfler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in educational strategy and program development. Currently serving as an Associate and Senior Consultant at Buro Happold since December 2021, Michael focuses on enhancing student experiences through collaborative initiatives that improve institutional efficiency and effectiveness. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Senior Strategist at brightspot strategy and as a Graduate Research Assistant at Cornell University. Important past positions include directing makerspace and STEAM learning initiatives at Friends' Central School and leading the development of a collaborative innovation lab at Abington Art Center.
