Ed Christian serves as the firm’s Chief Executive Officer/Managing Partner. He also practices in the firm’s Corporate and Tax Practice Group, representing a variety of privately held companies for which he provides representation and advice on mergers & acquisitions and general business, corporate, and contractual matters. Ed has significant experience in the manufacturing industry, where he regularly assists manufacturing clients with all phases of the manufacturing process including financing, supply contracts, customer contracts, joint ventures, and other strategic alliances. He also regularly represents restaurants and retail entities handling mergers & acquisitions, employment agreements, franchise agreements, and minority investments.

Ed puts his clients and the task at hand above all else. As a transactional attorney involved in mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracts, and corporate franchise and distribution, he knows every detail matters. With a love for learning his client’s business, he works alongside stakeholders to build seamless partnerships that allow him to take a “yes, and…” approach to finding ways forward. Responsive and thorough, Ed puts his clients in control and efficiently produces results that enable them to grow their business and achieve their goals.

Ed earned his LL.M. in Taxation and J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law.
