Burrard is a private family company founded by Caleb Chan in 1979. For four decades, our company has honed its real estate experience spanning urban, resort, and recreation typologies, with our diverse work always sharing a common focus on the quality of place and experience.

Burrard is led by the Chan Family according to a consistent, fundamental belief - that business and the built environment have the power (and responsibility) to improve the human condition. Our commitment to improving communities and creating a positive legacy manifests itself both in our business activities as well as our dedication to philanthropy.

As we chart our future and confidently step into our next phase of growth and evolution as a company, both our heritage and our pursuit of a brighter future serve to inspire our mission, vision and strategy.
