David has been a qualified chartered surveyor for 28 years and has over 30 years’ experience in residential property development.

He has proven entrepreneurial drive to create leading businesses and brands, as seen in the start-up businesses he has created with Spitfire Bespoke Homes and Chase Homes. Spitfire Bespoke Homes, created in 2010, which expanded to deliver £100 M turnover and was awarded Best Medium Size Housebuilder of the Year and Best Customer Satisfaction Initiative by Housebuilder Awards, and Best Medium Size Housebuilder of the Year Silver and Best Development of the Year Gold by WhatHouse? Awards.

David is the Chairman of the Midlands Region of The Home Builders Federation and has a comprehensive network of contacts in the property and related business sectors.
