Gabriel Wilkins

Gabriel Wilkins has over a decade of experience in operations management and safety, currently serving as the Operations Safety and Sanitation Manager at Burris Logistics since April 2012. In this role, Gabriel has successfully instructed and trained team members on accident prevention, achieved zero injuries and accidents for 475 days, and led a project to partially automate equipment processes. Gabriel has extensive experience in regulatory compliance, having championed multiple audits, and has consistently exceeded organizational KPIs, including annual food safety targets. Prior to this position, Gabriel worked as an Operations Supervisor and Distribution Team Leader, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, managing personnel performance, and enhancing production practices. Gabriel holds an MBA from Ashford University, a BS in Organizational Development from Wilmington University, and an AA in Liberal Arts from Salem Community College.
