Johnna Fieldman

Johnna Fieldman is the Director of People & Culture at Burro, where they lead initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment. With a background as Head of People Operations at RightHand Robotics and Head of People & Culture at Zmags, Johnna has extensive experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, and strategic HR planning. Previously, they held roles at Tamr, where they were an influential founding member of the People Operations team and provided comprehensive HR support during significant growth phases. Johnna is a council member at the Boston HR Council and will be relocating from Boston, MA to Philadelphia, PA in the summer of 2025. Johnna earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Emmanuel College.
