Meaghen Grace

Meaghen Grace SHRM-CP is a seasoned professional in people operations and management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of People and Culture at Rethink Food since January 2023. Prior to this role, Meaghen held multiple positions at Flagship Facility Services, Inc., starting as an Administrator from September 2017 to March 2019, progressing to Front Of House Manager from September 2019 until January 2023. Earlier experience includes managing the bar team and directing the beverage program at Villanelle Restaurant from October 2016 to May 2017. Meaghen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Biology from CUNY Queens College, earned between September 2009 and May 2011.
