Chad E. Carlson

CFO at Burroughs & Chapin Company

Mr. Carlson is responsible for the Company’s investment activity and oversees its financial, tax, and accounting functions. Mr. Carlson is also involved in all areas of the Company’s strategic and financial planning as well as new business development and key relationship management. Prior to assuming his role as CFO, Mr. Carlson was EVP of the Company’s Commercial Real Estate Division overseeing all acquisitions, development, leasing, and property and asset management functions.

Before joining B&C, Mr. Carlson worked for Trade Street Partners, a real estate investment and development firm operating in the Southeast, and Faison & Associates in Charlotte, NC. His other experience includes working in the corporate strategy division at Carterʼs, Inc. in Atlanta.

Mr. Carlson received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia where he was a member of NCAA championship tennis teams in 1999 and 2001 (captain) and received his Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
