G. E. Buck Waters

After retiring as an Employee Benefits Consultant in Washington, D.C., Mr. Waters entered private consulting, specializing in tourism and economic development. He is currently the Vice President of The Waters Foundation, a philanthropic organization founded by his wife, Julie. For over 25 years he has been involved with his community having served in leadership roles on numerous boards and committees. He has served as a liaison to the Shareholder Advisory Committee and the B&C Foundation. He and Julie have been married for 38 years, have four children, and three grandchildren.

He currently serves as a member of the Nominating & Corporate Governance and Personnel & Compensation Committees.

Mr. Waters has undergraduate degrees in Economics and History from Mary Washington College.
