Seth McCoy possesses extensive experience in geographic information systems (GIS) and project management within the construction and design sectors. Beginning as a GIS Technician at The EARTHWORKS Group from April 2003 to August 2004, responsibilities included data management, wetland determinations, land planning, and environmental permitting. McCoy later joined Burroughs & Chapin Company, serving from August 2004 to February 2020 in various capacities, including GIS Manager, SVP of Construction, and ultimately as Director of Design, Zoning and Construction. In these roles, duties encompassed overseeing GIS applications, coordinating with consultants during construction projects, and developing services to support data distribution. McCoy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Virginia Tech, earned between 1999 and 2002.
