Laura Romanenko

Laura Romanenko currently serves as the Global Chief People Operations Officer at Burson since July 2024. Prior to this role, Laura held various leadership positions at Hill+Knowlton Strategies, including Senior Vice President and US Director of Talent Acquisition from June 2014 to February 2023, and Vice President of Corporate Human Resources from April 2011 to January 2013. Laura's experience also includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at Kohl Children's Museum and Vice President of Human Resources for both Weber Shandwick and Edelman Public Relations. Early career roles featured human resources positions at BSMG and Xpedx. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Northwestern University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
