Roopesh has extensive expertise in M&A, financial analysis, risk management, and team development, having played key roles in restructuring operations and improving financial performance across various sectors. They hold a BSc (Hons) from the University of Southampton and are a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accounting.
