Shavonne Pye-Strowbridge serves as Senior Vice President and Global Program & Integration Lead at Burson since June 2024, where responsibilities include building strategic infrastructure, supporting Enterprise Strategy & Operations, and enhancing operational execution through Mergers & Acquisitions. Previously, Shavonne held the role of Global Program & Integration Lead at Hill+Knowlton Strategies until the merger with BCW in 2024. Prior experience includes program and engagement management at Blue-Mark Management Consultants, where Shavonne implemented technology transformations for major Canadian financial institutions, and various roles in data strategy, economic development, and organizational consulting. Shavonne's academic background includes a Master of Science in Applied Psychology, alongside additional qualifications in Human Resources and Psychology from Saint Mary's University and the University of New Brunswick.
