Heidi Kalish

Heidi Kalish is an accomplished Executive Recruiter with over two decades of experience in the recruitment industry. Currently serving at Burtch Works since July 2011, Heidi specializes in Data Science, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning. Prior to this role, Heidi worked at Smith Hanley Associates from August 1999 to July 2009, focusing on recruiting within the quantitative business sciences, including areas such as credit risk management and database marketing.
