Geraint Davies

Geraint Davies has extensive experience in the education sector, particularly in engineering and construction. Currently serving as the Director of Curriculum for Construction and Engineering Skills at Burton and South Derbyshire College since March 2015, Geraint has also held positions such as Deputy Director of Curriculum and Deputy Head of Engineering. Prior to this, Geraint worked as an Engineering Lecturer at South Staffordshire College, where responsibilities included course planning, assessment, and learner support. Geraint's early career at Burton and South Derbyshire College involved roles such as Course Leader for Civil Engineering and Mathematics Facilitator/Resource Manager. Additionally, Geraint gained experience as a CAD Technician at GRM Development Solutions Limited. Geraint holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Wolverhampton and a Certificate of Higher Education in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University.
