Natalie Harvey

Natalie Harvey serves as the People and Performance Administrator at Burton and South Derbyshire College since January 2023, following a tenure as Director of Operations at Calm from August 2019 to January 2023. With prior experience at Deloitte from August 2010 to August 2019, Natalie held roles as Associate Director and Consultant, specializing in R&D tax consulting and infrastructure project management. Earlier positions include tutoring at the University of St Andrews from October 2006 to December 2008 and customer support at Leisure Link from June 2001 to September 2007. Natalie earned a PhD in Social Media and holds a BSc(Hons) in Internet Computer Science from the University of St Andrews, as well as participation in a Web Science Summer School at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
